  1. CONSENT

If you do not wish cookies to be installed or read on your terminal equipment, a refusal cookie will be placed on your equipment so that Listen SA records the information that you have opposed the use of cookies. If you delete this refusal cookie, it will no longer be possible to identify you as having refused the use of cookies. Similarly, when you accept the use of cookies, a consent cookie is installed.

The consent or refusal cookies must remain on your terminal equipment. You can change your wishes at any time as indicated in the next section entitled “Cookie management”.

  1. COOKIES MANAGEMENT

You have several options for deleting and managing cookies and other trackers.

5.1. Browser settings

If most browsers are set by default and accept the installation of cookies, you have the possibility, if you wish, to choose to accept all cookies, to reject them systematically or to choose which ones you accept according to their issuer. You can also regularly delete cookies from your terminal via your browser.

However, do not forget to configure all the browsers of your various devices (tablets, smartphones, computers, etc.).

The configuration of each browser is different for managing cookies and your choices. It is described in the help menu of your browser, which will enable you to find out how to modify your cookie preferences.

For example:

Chrome :  https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=enEEdge

5.2. Opposition platforms

Several platforms of advertising professionals also offer you the possibility of refusing or accepting cookies used by their member companies. These centralised mechanisms do not block the display of advertisements but only prevent the installation of cookies that allow the advertisements to be adapted to your centres of interest.

You can, for example, go to https://www.youronlinechoices.com in order to prohibit the installation of these cookies on your terminal. This site is proposed by the digital advertising professionals grouped within the European association EDAA (European Digital Advertising Alliance).

You can consult the site of this association at https://edaa.eu/participating-companies/ you will be able to find out which companies are registered on this platform and which offer you the possibility of refusing or accepting the cookies thus used by them to adapt the advertisements that may be displayed on your device to your browsing information.

This European platform is shared by hundreds of Internet advertising professionals and constitutes a centralised interface that allows you to express your refusal or acceptance of cookies that may be used to adapt the advertisements that may be displayed on your device to your browsing information.

5.3. Cookie management module

Finally, a module allows you to choose which cookies you wish to accept and which you wish to refuse on this site.

At any time, by clicking on the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page, you can access the module and change your preferences.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In the context of the definitions given by Article 4 of the DPMR, Listen SA considers that all non-anonymised data collected is considered as “personal data” and, as such, Listen SA has taken all measures to comply with the DPMR. We therefore invite you to consult our Personal Data Protection Charter which will inform you about this and explain the rights that you have and can exercise via our contact point: https://www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be/citoyen/agir/demander-une-mediation. You can also contact the Data Protection Authority via its website info@listen.eu .

The data collected is essential to achieve the objectives pursued by each cookie and is never kept longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of said cookie, and in no case longer than 12 months.

With regard to social network cookies, your personal data may be transferred to a data controller established in the United States, but in this case it has adhered to the EU-US Privacy Shield and ensures an adequate level of data protection (EU Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12-7-2016).
